The piece buttons at the top with a plastic button Im unsure, but I would think that the button was replaced at some point. The lace is in an off white color, towards an ivory or ecru tone. It measures 6 3 4 in height at the center point and 16 1 2 around the interior edge the exterior edge measures 38 around. It is in very good condition with no signs of wear. This is a
